Woohoo, today the ticker turns over to 22 weeks. I can't believe I have under 20 weeks today. If I say 18 weeks it sounds like nothing, but if I think of it as 4 + months, all the sudden it sounds like an eternity. I am curious how much do your babies kick? I swear mine is crazy active. I feel it constantly throughout the day when I am at work, I think its the position I sit in. Then I don't feel it much in the evening, but as soon as I lay down in bed the baby goes crazy. Last night I got up to take the dog out to potty at about 3 am and laid back down and the baby was going crazy. It was kicking so strongly that I lay awake for awhile just feeling it. I contemplated waking Gary up b/c I am convinced it's strong enough to feel on the outside now, but you know you can't really tell if you're feeling it inside and out very easily until you literally see the stomach move. I had Gary try to feel the other day and he couldn't. There's another question - when could people feel the baby kick on the outside?

I can't remember when Scott first felt Moana kicking? I could look back on my blog and maybe I wrote about it? Probably right around 22-23 weeks? That's so cool for the dads to get to feel it. I would put Scott's hand on my belly right where she was moving so he'd feel it. And yes, they tend to move all the time. To the point where if you don't feel movement every few hours you start to wonder if everything is ok (it is!).
I think mrp felt kicks right around 22 weeks. I could see little pokes on the outside right around when he felt it. It took about 5 times trying before he felt it, so don't give up :)
i was looking back at my blog for an answer, and boy was that fun!!! looks like around 20 weeks give or take. i could SEE kicks at 20 weeks, i think my husband could feel them at 18 but it was just little pops.
Hmm, I can't remember when Bill could feel anything, I would think right around where you are now. I only started feeling little peanut move around 20 weeks, and it has been most active starting around 28 weeks. You've got an active one!!! I love how it decides to play when we are in bed! That is when I feel it the most for sure!Congrats on hitting the next week. I do on Fridays too. It feels good. I'll be happy when it is 37!
